When your orders are placed, you will also receive confirmation of your order from their automatic fulfillment processes. These email confirmations will allow you to track your packages through their systems as well.

Return Policy
Each of our product suppliers have their own returns policies. We follow their return policy process.

If an item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns. All items must be returned in their original state. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, or washed from the original state. We do not accept the return of patterns or books due to copyright law. Refunds will be issued at the end of each calendar month. Shipping & handling charges are not included in refunds.

All international deliveries are shipped via Australia Post or Australia Post International Priority services. Foreign delivery times will vary depending on location, native postal service routes and conditions. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately all foreign deliveries are untraceable at this time. We will also confirm if there are any issues with costs before we send.
